There’s always one day in the week where I’m a little stuck on what to make – the restΒ of the days I plan my breakfast the day before and meal prep too so its smooth sailing come 6am:) So today was one of those mornings where I hadn’t planned anything and wanted to use up some of the fruit that I had prepared in the fridge – oh, and when it came to photographing this the sunlight was just magical… I ended up taking literally dozens of images of the same bowl! ;p

I used:

2 frozen bananas

1 chopped avocado

1 kiwi chopped

1/2 cup of almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

the fruit from two passion fruit

Blend all the ingredients and pour into a bowl and decorate with a mix of nuts, seeds and fruit so you have a great balance of protein and carbohydrates and a filling smoothie bowl which should keep you satiated til mid day!
