This is perfect for a quick nutritious breakfast that you can wolf down in minutes and something that will keep you satiated for hours due to the rich creaminess of the avocado

serves one (my husband hates avocado)

half an avocado

half a chopped frozen banana

half a kiwi

a handful of baby spinach leave

one teaspoon of chia seeds

one tablespoon of hemp powder

half a cup of coconut milk

a teaspoon of maple syrup to drizzle over the top

Toss all the ingredients into a blender/ liquidizer (I use the Nutribullet) and blend until you’re left with a thick smooth cream. Pour out into a fancy container (because that automatically makes it seem like you made more of an effort;) ) and chill in the refrigerator whilst you get ready/ put your feet up / go through all social media and voila! breakfast is served.
