Morning guys! Hope you’re all set for the weekend, with lots of fun and relaxation planned. Here’s a recipe to start the weekend off, packed with nutrients and guaranteed to make you feel fresh, energized and healthy!

Serves one

to make the blueberry smoothie

1 frozen banana

2 tablespoons chopped mango

1 tablespoon frozen blueberries

1 teaspoon cashew butter

100ml nut milk

blend all the ingredients and set aside

For the kale smoothie

1 frozen banana

one large handful of kale / baby spinach

1 tablespoon hemp powder

100ml nut milk

blend all your ingredients and set aside.

when ready to assemble pour your blueberry smoothie into your bowl first as it is denser and then fromΒ the side gently pour in your kale smoothie. Using the back of a spoon create your swirl, decorate with anything you like and enjoy! Β Have a great weekend! ??
