No churn dark chocolate and sea salt icecream

A little late to #nationalicecreamday but here nonetheless ? I woke up wanting icecream for breakfast. Also, I have a thing for combining sweet and salty flavors so this often results in wacky combinations being thrown together. But in this instance, I have to say it works really well. The dark bitterness of the chocolate cut through with hints of sea salt. Cold, sweet and salty. So good. Even if it may be 10 degrees outside! The best part is that from start to finish you can be eating this icecream in 30 minutes flat ?

2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup cashew milk
2 tablespoons coconut cream
2 tablespoons cashews
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 teaspoons cacao nibs
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

In your blender combine the bananas, cashews, cacao powder, nibs and sea salt. Add your coconut cream and cashew milk and blend well until you have a smooth, creamy and relatively thick consistency.

That’s it! Transfer to a freeze friendly container and freeze until ready to eat. If you leave it overnight then you will have to remove it from the freezer about 15 minutes before you’re ready to eat. I didn’t practice that much patience, after freezing for 10 minutes I demolished it ?

I love chocolate and it’s much better when it’s part of ice cream.

PS: I’m new here and this is such a beautiful blog you have. The appearance (love at first site). Haha!
