Paleo Orange Chocolate Mousse

If you’re craving something absolutely rich dark and indulgent which is totally guilt free you have to try this mousse! It’s light, fluffy and so healthy that you’re actually doing your body a favour by eating it! πŸ˜‰

 

 

ingredients

 

1 medium ripe avocado

1 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon Β fresh orange juice

4 pitted dates

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

1/2 cup pure cacao powder

2 tablespoons honey

A pinch of salt

 

 

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend for 3 to 4 minutes until you’re left with a smooth creamy and thick mix. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving. This improves the texture and taste. Keeps in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Serve cold
