Something for the weekend with this delicious dessert like bowl full of yumminess and hidden fruit. Perfect for those unsuspecting guests who aren’t keen on healthy ? I love adding a teeny amount of salt to dishes that are traditionally supposed to be sweet. It adds an element of surprise and just makes something that might have been a tad bit overwhelming into heaven. Ok, I’m sure you can tell I have a thing for salted caramel. I could ramble about it for days. Days… But here’s your bowl:

2 frozen bananas
1 small mango diced
1/4 cup of cashews
1 teaspoon cashew butter
1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
1 date pitted
A pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup of nut milk (I used cashew)

Mix all your ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately topped with fruit or granola and a few sneaky pieces of chocolate ?
