I love the colour of this bowl, it turned out a lot pinker than I had imagined, and this led to me trying out a new style of photography too. For me, having a pretty breakfast is half the fun of eating healthy and absolutely keeps me motivated to do this everyday.

 

Two frozen bananas

1 cup of washed and halved strawberries

1 tablespoon ground almonds

1 cup of almond milk

½ cup of raspberries (optional)

Blend in a high speed blender (I use a nutribullet) and pour into a bowl. Top with strawberries, dried coconut, chia seeds and pistachios
