Work out! love it and get results!


How to get the most out of your workout – remember this is all mental.  Your success (or failure) stems from your mind.


Actually want to do it, rather than it just being something to get over with


Visualize your goals . What do you want to achieve from this? overall fitness? a six pack? increased energy levels? work towards those goals and exercise becomes something to look forward to.


Appreciate your gains. Remaining focused depends on this. Takes selfies! it may feel narcissistic but it helps you keep track of your progress and boosts your confidence to when you see the way your body is changing


ENJOY your workout. find something you love and actually wholeheartedly love it.


Focus on every movement. feel your muscles stretching,  embrace the intensity of it and put all your effort into form and control to get the best results ; think about what you want to get out of it. long term, what you want to GAIN not what you want to lose.
1. physically – a hot body(!) just kidding. strength, stamina, endurance?

2. mentally – clarity, a fresher mind, ability to unwind after a stressful day? exercise provides an excellent escape from the stresses of daily life.

3. emotionally – exercise helps put things into perspective, makes you more confident.



don’t focus on your stomach, or your arms, or your butt which you think is too big, instead focus on getting fit, getting strong, being in the best possible shape of your life!

Positive rather than negative thinking is so important in achieving your fitness (and life!) goals


Visualise what you want. Imagine yourself as already looking and feeling the way you want to. that image and feeling manifests into your life and gives you the push you need to achieve your goals


Don’t focus on change – rather focus on your belief in yourself that you’re on your way there.


Don’t compare yourself to someone else! be it your best friend or that famous celebrity – you are yourself, and your body is one of a kind.

      Thank you so much! and Well done! how do you like it so far? I absolutely love T25 and have had great results with it, but what you eat is really important too in order to get the results.
